With over 30 years of global experience in education and business consulting, Marios Efthymiou is a key asset to One Terrene International Group (OTI Group). His expertise spans the development of both formal and non-formal educational programs, making him instrumental in bridging the skills gap through effective training strategies.

Marios is an active member of the Harness Talent Platform, addressing talent challenges across Europe. He leads the Working Group on supporting the development of digital technologies and innovation ecosystems, emphasizing sustainable digital transition and green technologies.

Passionate about environmental sustainability, Marios promotes Green skills in the workplace and circular economy models. His dedication to community development is evident through programs empowering individuals with essential employability skills. As a seasoned VET educator, he excels in course development and training.

In the past decade, Marios has successfully implemented over 200 projects, conducted over 20,000 hours of training for companies and individuals across Europe, and developed more than 100 different training courses, reinforcing his commitment to education, research, and sustainability. He also serves as an expert for ETF Skills Labs and CEDEFOP and is an ambassador for CEDEFOP.

Marios' extensive background, passion for sustainability, and dedication to vocational education position him to make significant contributions, enhancing educational and societal impact.

Studied Applied Multimedia at the University of Nicosia, Bachelors degree with honours and graduated with honours also for his Masters at Cyprus University of Technology in Interactive Multimedia. Considerable experience in youth work, research and developing methodologies for formal and non-formal education for skills development both communications and digital. 

Theo, is an accomplished project manager with a robust background in digital marketing, AI tools, and international project leadership. As the Head of Operations at One Terrene International Group (OTI Group), he has successfully managed and organized over 100 international projects, boosting the network’s productivity and visibility. Theo's innovative approach includes developing a comprehensive database system and enhancing digital presence across social media platforms. Notably, he has reached and trained over 300 participants and entities in digital marketing and operation optimisation for businesses using AI tools, significantly contributing to their professional development. Fluent in Greek and English, Theo combines his technical expertise and leadership skills to foster an environment of growth and efficiency.

Leontios Christodoulou has many years of experience in the mass media, with an active career in television, radio, and print organizations of nationwide reach in Cyprus.
Born in Paphos and based in Nicosia since 2001, he studied journalism and worked for several years with broadcasting organizations such as Alpha TV, Sigma TV and Plus TV.

Throughout his journalistic career, he has covered political and parliamentary reporting, presented main news bulletins, and served as chief editor of both news broadcasts and morning current affairs shows.

He has closely followed major political developments in Cyprus and abroad, covered sessions of the European Parliament, and participated as a journalist in high-level meetings during periods of intense political interest.

From 2010 to 2016, he lived in Mikkeli, Finland, where he collaborated with an online media outlet, gaining valuable experience in an international environment and deepening his familiarity with modern forms of digital communication.

He currently works at One Terrene International Group as the head of communication strategy and promotion of the organization’s activities.
In this role, he promotes local vocational educational programmes and European programs related, among other areas, to education, human rights, employability, social inclusion, and sustainable development.

At the same time, he strengthens the public image of the organization by highlighting its social work, building trust-based relationships with the public and institutional stakeholders.

Frantzeska Soteriou began her career as a Radiologist Technologist at the Alpha Evresis Diagnostic Centre in Nicosia and then at the American Medical Center, however, she made her hobby a profession by studying the art of makeup in Cyprus and Greece. She was the Owner of Zerva Cosmetics schools in Cyprus and has now created her own brand. She is an approved Vocational Training Instructor by the Cyprus Human Resource Development Authority (HRDA) and an external partner of television producers. She loves to pass on her knowledge and create professionals in the Makeup field fully trained to cope with any projects. She owns Frantzeska Makeup Academy in Larnaca and is now in Nicosia.

Dr Christina Tsolaki is a Senior Bank Officer in Eurobank Cyprus Ltd and has an extensive expertise of over 29 years in the Banking Industry. She is also an Assistant Professor at American College teaching business courses in both BSc and MBA programs. She loves to interact with students, help them with their thesis as well as to act as mentor in several cases and inspire people do what they want.

Yianna Papatryfonos holds a BA in Greek Philology with specialisation in History and Archaeology and an MA in Cultural Heritage Management. She is a native Greek speaker and has taught Greek as a Foreign Language for many years in various educational institutions. Considerable experience in teaching to adults and involving in a variety of educational projects.

Η Μαρία Βασιλείου είναι έμπειρη Νομικός - Διαμεσολαβητής, Σύμβουλος Αφερεγγυότητας και Εκπαιδεύτρια με εξειδίκευση στο Τραπεζικό, Εταιρικό και Εργατικό Δίκαιο και Εργασιακές Σχέσεις. Σπούδασε Στατιστική και κατέχει πτυχίο Νομικής (LLB) με Μεταπτυχιακό στη Διοίκηση Ανθρώπινου Δυναμικού (Μ.Α in Human Resources Management ) και είναι απόφοιτη του Chartered Institute of Personnel Management (CIPD). Έχει μια πολυεθνική εμπειρία καθώς έχει εργαστεί στην Κύπρο, Ελλάδα και Λονδίνο (Η.Β.) κατέχοντας διάφορες υπεύθυνες και απαιτητικές θέσεις εργασίας. Ξεκίνησε την καριέρα της στον Ιδιωτικό τομέα στη Διοίκηση Ανθρώπινου Δυναμικού και σε θέματα Εργασιακών Σχέσεων και Εργατικού Δικαίου και έπειτα μεταπήδησε για 14 συνεχή χρόνια στον Τραπεζικό Τομέα σε πολύ απαιτητικά εργασιακά περιβάλλοντα. 

Το 2015 διορίστηκε από την Κεντρική Τράπεζα της Κύπρου, ως η Εσωτερική Νομικός Σύμβουλος του Ειδικού Διαχειριστή της Λαϊκή Τράπεζας υπό Εξυγίανση. Το 2018 ίδρυσε την ENTER CONSULTING ZONE powered by Maria Vassiliou. Κατά τη διάρκεια της καριέρας της, έχει παρουσιάσει και οργανώσει ποικίλα σεμινάρια σε σχέση με Τραπεζικά, Εταιρικά και θέματα Αφερεγγυότητας καθώς και στον εξειδικευμένο τομέα Ανάπτυξης Ανθρώπινου Δυναμικού, Εργασιακων Σχέσεων και Εταιρικής Κουλτούρας. Έχει δημοσιεύσει άρθρα σε εφημερίδες και είναι τακτικός ομιλητής στην τηλεόραση σε σχέση με τις εξειδικεύσεις της. 

Το πάθος της είναι η βελτίωση Nοοτροπίας της Eπιχείρησης (Company Culture) της ποιότητας ζωής και του wellbeing των ανθρώπων στο εργασιακό περιβάλλον συνδυάζοντας τις γνώσεις την εργασιακή της εμπειρία αλλά και τη βιωματική, με στόχο την επιτυχία της επιχείρησης και των εργαζομένων της.
