What is One Terrene International Group (OTI Group)?
OTI Group is a non-profit company and accredited Vocational Education and Training (VET) Centre by the Human Resource Development Authority of Cyprus (HRDA). With a strong European and international presence, OTI Group actively contributes to social inclusion, intercultural dialogue, and youth and adult development, while pioneering the integration of new AI technologies, digital skills, and innovative methodologies into education, training, and community development.
Founded with the mission to bridge the gap between formal and non-formal education, OTI Group designs and delivers innovative projects and training programmes in fields such as sustainability, digital transformation, AI applications, human capital development, entrepreneurship, and research in education.
Our work revolves around:
Supporting marginalised communities (youth and adults, migrants, unemployed people) through non-formal education, leadership training, employability programmes, and digital upskilling. Developing and implementing European and international projects (Erasmus+, Horizon, CERV, etc.) that combine social inclusion, sustainability, and digital innovation. Offering vocational and professional training in cooperation with ΑνΑΔ (HRDA Cyprus), covering fields such as Artificial Intelligence, Digital Marketing, Green Skills, HR Management, Sustainability, and Workplace Development. Engaging in research in education and policy development on challenges such as skills gaps, employability, integration, AI-driven transformation of learning, and the green and digital transition. Creating digital products and innovative tools, such as adaptive learning environments, AI-powered assistants, and platforms that merge education with cutting-edge technologies.
Achievements
Coordinated and participated in over 100 EU-funded projects, focusing on the intersection of education, AI, sustainability, and inclusion. Delivered thousands of hours of vocational training to youth and adults, strengthening both social and digital competencies. Hosted international workshops, webinars, and conferences that promote research in education, innovation, and intercultural dialogue. Developed and disseminated innovative educational and digital tools (AI-driven adaptive platforms, gamified training, Maviorb digital puppets, SynLife GPT assistants). Built a strong network of partners in more than 20 countries, ensuring sustainability, transferability, and impact of project results.

Marios Efhymiou
Theo Mavrosavva
Studied Applied Multimedia at the University of Nicosia, Bachelors degree with honours and graduated with honours also for his Masters at Cyprus University of Technology in Interactive Multimedia. Considerable experience in youth work, research and developing methodologies for formal and non-formal education for skills development both communications and digital. Theo, is an accomplished project manager with a robust background in digital marketing, AI tools, and international project leadership. As the Head of Operations at One Terrene International Group (OTI Group), he has successfully managed and organized over 100 international projects, boosting the network’s productivity and visibility. Theo's innovative approach includes developing a comprehensive database system and enhancing digital presence across social media platforms. Notably, he has reached and trained over 300 participants and entities in digital marketing and operation optimisation for businesses using AI tools, significantly contributing to their professional development. Fluent in Greek and English, Theo combines his technical expertise and leadership skills to foster an environment of growth and efficiency. Currently studying his second Master in Educational/Instructional Technology with emphasis in AI, with a PhD prospect in Adaptive Learning and AI for Adult Education.
Leontios Chistodoulou
Currently works at One Terrene International Group as the head of communication strategy and promotion of the organization’s activities. In this role, he promotes local vocational educational programmes and European programs related, among other areas, to education, human rights, employability, social inclusion, and sustainable development. At the same time, he strengthens the public image of the organization by highlighting its social work, building trust-based relationships with the public and institutional stakeholders.
Yianna Papatryfonos
Yianna Papatryfonos holds a BA in Greek Philology with specialisation in History and Archaeology and an MA in Cultural Heritage Management. She is a native Greek speaker and has taught Greek as a Foreign Language for many years in various educational institutions. Considerable experience in teaching to adults and involving in a variety of educational projects.
Paris Constantinou
I’m passionate about people and helping them build their careers, if it's not for the organisation, it's helping people understand their skills and where they fit in, in the labour market.
Teo Sarbu
Teodora is a clinical psychologist and psychotherapist, with 10 years of experience. She is also a passionate trainer and youth worker, taking part in numerous projects and having partnerships with NGO's that work with disadvantaged groups. Psychology and education are her top interests and professional priorities and she makes it her personal goal to be an active part in developing educational strategies and promoting the importance of mental health.
Christina Tsolaki
Dr Christina Tsolaki is a Senior Bank Officer in Eurobank Cyprus Ltd and has an extensive expertise of over 29 years in the Banking Industry. She is also an Assistant Professor at American College teaching business courses in both BSc and MBA programs. She loves to interact with students, help them with their thesis as well as to act as mentor in several cases and inspire people do what they want.
